Refund policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds/exchanges do not apply for international or custom jersey orders. All sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be accepted for damaged products or size exchanges. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at acenjerseys@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please refer to the top of this page to find information on refunds.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at acenjerseys@gmail.com.
